The luxury of time.
Is it luxury though?
The luxury of genuine connections.
How do we get them?
I often consider and plan what I would like to give my focus, what feels important to me and what brings me joy, ease and makes life worthwhile. I noticed within myself that over time my priorities changed as I got older. I pay attention to this in order to decide what to give my time and attention. For quite some time I have decided money is very important to me but not the most important. I came across the work of Dr. John Mukoro and his: The Four Currencies of Life
''The four essential currencies: Money, Energy, Attention, and Time. Each of these resources shapes our experiences, decisions, and overall fulfillment.''
I would like to invite you to consider yours and their importance. I believe knowing your currencies and prioritizing them, let's you refocus your goals and actions throughout each day.
My currencies:
- Health / energy
- Social life / human contact / feeling seen, heard and that you matter to someone.
- Money
- Time (travel) / Play / every day wonder
- Growth / building / self-fulfilment
Liefs,
Trisha
